Capo company (unlimited partnership) was founded on 18th May 1998. The majority of company's projects are located in region of Istria, but company operates in other parts of country as well.
The main activity of company is architectural design, from concept design to final major design of constructions.
One of the activities of the company is construction of buildings which includes engineering and complete control over construction.
Final services like real estate trading are part of company's activities too.

There are all types of projects in company's work description like: procurement of required building permissions for all building constructions, from family houses to multifamily houses and apartment buildings, to business buildings, buildings for collective housing and residentail-business buildings.
In accordance with our deal and your request, we support you in issuance of all required documents and compliances, up to the jurisdiction of your location and building permissions.
We also make the floor elaborates for multifamily and apartment buildings and in cooperation with law offices, we arrange registration of your special parts in land registers.

Our long-standing experience has resulted in qualified references with more than 30 projects per year and mostly with the same number of realized buildings. As needed, for projects like construction statics, mechanical resistance, water-supply and sewage, electrical installations and, of course, for geomechanical and geodesial work, we engage our tested external cooperators with whom we have made contracts for business and technical cooperation.
